Pedestrian operation, pallet-width chassis

The S30 is a walkie electric pallet truck rated at 3,000 kg. The chassis is kept close to pallet width, so it works down narrow racking aisles and inside a container without the repeated shunting that costs time on every pallet. The operator walks with the truck rather than riding it, which suits loading bays, short runs and sites where floor space matters more than travel distance.

The same handling loaded and empty

A Curtis controller manages acceleration and braking, so the truck behaves the same to the operator whether or not there is a pallet on the forks. Travel speed is 4.2 km/h laden and 4.5 km/h unladen; lift speed is 30 mm/s laden and 36 mm/s unladen.

Lithium as standard, not an upgrade

The S30 ships with a 48 V / 30 Ah lithium battery. It charges during breaks instead of in a dedicated charging room, needs no watering and no acid handling, and removes the spare battery and the change-over that a lead-acid fleet is built around.
